We’re fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe, but we have no plans on stopping anytime soon. Some Of The Things You’ll Do

As an integral part of the Network team, we make sure that our locker up-time meets the demands of our consumers through arranging services, troubleshooting and identifying proactive improvements to both hardware and software to make sure our lockers stay up when we need them.

• Troubleshooting problems
• Solve problems remotely
• Coordinate services in-person
• Work on different product improvement projects
• Coordinate proactive services
• Own the spare parts inventory process
• Critical examination of trends to suggest improvements
  
  

Your Future Team

You will be a part of our Network team positioned in both the Stockholm HQ and Bromma with a responsibility mainly for the Swedish market, but also internationally.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a problem solver with a curious mind to both identify and ensure uptime, in the short term as well as long term.

• 1-2 years minimum work experience
• Curious mindset
• Proven track record in critical thinking and problem solving
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
