Fullstack Developer

We are currently seeking a Fullstack Developer for one of our banking clients.

✅Work location: Kraków or Warsaw

✅Work setting: 6-8 days per month from the office

✅Contract: B2B

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable and high-performance applications for the banking sector
• Build and optimize both frontend (React.js) and backend (Java) components
• Design, develop, and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Ensure code quality by writing unit and integration tests, performing code reviews, and following best practices
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues, ensuring system stability and performance
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, analysts, and DevOps engineers
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth deployment and automation
• Implement security best practices across services, endpoints, and data handling
• Optimize and enhance application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Knowledge and Experience

• Strong Java expertise – ability to work efficiently with backend services
• Good knowledge of React.js – experience building and maintaining front-end applications
• Ability to debug, extend, and enhance existing code to improve functionality and fix issues
• Understanding of microservices architecture and experience in writing REST APIs
• Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests to validate functionalities and endpoints
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and deployment automation
• Security-conscious mindset – always considers security best practices when developing services and endpoints
• Willingness to contribute to platform improvements like performance tuning and production stability
• Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies and best practices
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with excellent communication and teamwork
