We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Human Resources Smart Start.

• Ability to work at least 3 days a week
• Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process
• Supporting the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new employees
• Organising and coordinating trainings.
• Assisting in planning and executing internal engagement activities
• Providing administrative support and contributing to reporting processes to streamline HR operations
• Playing an active role in the Smart Start Internship Program
• Supporting the organization of employer branding activities to enhance our company’s presence
  
  

What distinguishes you:

• 3rd-year undergraduate or master’s student in relevant fields
• Ability to work at least 3 days a week.
• Academic projects or prior work experience in related areas
• Significant project and/or internship experience showcasing both individual and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a problem-solving and analytical approach
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Solid analytical and technical abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Proactive attitude with a keen willingness to learn in an international environment.
• Self-motivated individual has high level of ownership and initiative approach.
