YOU WILL

• Lead the planning and execution of technology projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate and oversee project teams, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful outcomes.
• Conduct project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify improvement areas.
  
  

YOU NEED

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing technology projects, with a track record of successful delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working on projects related to regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA), cybersecurity remediations, system and platform migrations, tool consolidation, client reporting improvements, and IT rationalization.
