Dubai Holding is looking to hire an Assistant Manager - Analytics for one of its business companies. The role holder will be reporting to the Senior Vice President, Hospitality Asset Management and accountability focus on Asset Management Analytics.

Key Accountabilities:

Customer feedback and social analytics + benchmarking

• Identify performance metrics, do benchmarking and focus on pain points (monthly / quarterly) on:

• Expenses
• Revenue management
• Capex

• Review P&L statements, forecasts, annual budgets and Capex with a benchmarking and trend view vs the portfolio basis

• Assist on presentation decks

• Liaise with hotel staff on property for in depth reviews and assessments

Who we are looking for:

Essential:

• Experience in Hotel Asset Management
• Experience in analytics – modelling
• Experience in revenue management

Desirable:

• Hotel Operations

Education / Professional Certifications:

Essential:

• Graduate qualification in statistics, real estate, hospitality, asset management or relevant subject area
• Knowledge / Extensive Awareness of hotel
• Revenue Management

Desirable:

• Capital Expenditures

Technical Competencies:

• Digital savvy

• Macro-enabled Excel

• Python

• Tableau / Power BI
