My client is a leading firm in crypto and blockchain, dedicated to pioneering innovative solutions across the decentralized economy. They're looking for an Events Manager to support, organise and lead events in Dubai — and oversee global conference sponsorships, enhancing their brand presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning & Execution: Plan and execute activation events in Dubai, manage logistics, and collaborate with marketing for branding and promotional strategies.
• Global Conference Sponsorships: Coordinate sponsorships for global conferences, maximizing ROI and brand visibility.
• Budget & Timeline Management: Develop event budgets, timelines, and work plans for smooth execution.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in event management preferably in the region.
• Proven experience in corporate events and sponsorships; Web3.0 / FINTECH background is a STRONG plus.
• Strong project management, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the Dubai event landscape.
