Role Overview:

As an AI & ML Developer at AITEM, you'll be at the forefront of designing our AI-driven applications. From requirement definition to system deployment, you'll lead the development of solutions that truly impact our customers.

Your responsibilities will span various areas including Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Time Series Analysis, and Generative AI. Will be crucial to master at least one of them.

Collaborating with frontend and backend teams, you'll integrate AI solutions seamlessly to enhance the overall customer experience.

Knowledge and experience in Node.js and Angular will be extremely valuable for this selection.

What You Will Do:

• Developing AI solutions that address real customer needs and provide added value to end users.
• Engineering scalable tools using state-of-the-art techniques to solve customer tasks.
• Taking responsibility for the development and continuous improvement of AITEM products.
• Collaborating on the development of user interface and experience to effectively present model results to end customers.
• Integrating AI solutions with customer ecosystems to maximize impact.
• Developing cloud solutions using services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Working in a fast-paced environment with continuous change, time pressure, and an Agile approach.
• Applying state-of-the-art approaches to real-world cases.
• Pushing the AITEM knowledge to the edge of the technology in AI.

What You Won't Do:

• Focus excessively on technically perfect solutions that lack significant customer value.

Requirements – MUST HAVE:

• Master's degree in AI and Data-centric courses such as Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience and education.
• Demonstrated experience with AI project in one or more of the following: Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing and Generative AI.
• Proven track record in developing and launching AI-driven applications.
• Strong skills in data analysis and statistics.
• Proficiency in programming languages. Python is mandatory.
• Knowledge and experience with Deep learning   frameworks: Tensorflow/Pytorch
• Experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Git version control.

Will be considered a plus:

• Experience with MLOps and Cloud computing
• Portfolio showcasing your previous work.
• Experience in mobile programming (Java, Android, Flutter).
• Interest or knowledge in frontend development (Angular).
• Interest or knowledge in backend development (Node).
• Knowledge of C and Javascript/Typescript programming
• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
