Backend Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend systems that power critical financial and transaction-based infrastructure.
• Work with Golang (previous experience is not required—training will be provided).
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance architecture to support the company’s expanding platform.
• Collaborate closely with Frontend Developers to ensure seamless integration between the backend and user-facing applications.
• Write well-structured, documented, and tested code to ensure reliability and maintainability.
• Contribute to team discussions on best practices, technical improvements, and new development approaches.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience as a Backend or Fullstack Engineer (experience with Golang is a plus but not required).
• Strong understanding of software design, architecture, and scalability principles.
• Proficiency with unit testing, integration testing, or similar testing frameworks.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for solving complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
