AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI models and algorithms to solve complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning, data science, and software development, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy AI models and algorithms to address business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and apply best practices.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Build and maintain AI pipelines and workflows.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Deploy AI models into production and monitor their performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Programming: Proficiency in Python, R, or Java, with experience in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn.
• Machine Learning: Strong knowledge of supervised/unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning.
• Data Science: Hands-on experience in data analysis, visualization, and statistical modeling (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Big Data: Familiarity with Hadoop, Spark, or Apache Flink.
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for AI deployment.
• NLP & Computer Vision: Knowledge of NLP tools (NLTK, SpaCy, GPT-3) and computer vision libraries (OpenCV, YOLO, Fast R-CNN).
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Team Collaboration: Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools for CI/CD and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
