About the Role

As a Project Executive, you will be responsible for operation & execution of businesses in events, exhibition and other projects.

To be able to take the lead in Projects and liaise with Clients:

• Document clients' requirements that align with event scope and objectives.
• Handle pre-event preparation, on-site management, and post-event activities
• Liaise and work with internal stakeholders to execute project & duties
• Assist in the operations and documentation of the projects and coordinate with the sub-contractors on site to ensure smooth execution of projects
• Troubleshoot any issues and deviations on-site
• Interact with clients to offer suggestions, recommendations, and solutions for project
• Coordinate with office administration

Good to have:

• Diploma in any discipline with 0 - 1 year of experience
• Resilience, initiative, meticulous and willing to work in a diverse environment
• Attention to detail with high-level of accuracy and ability to demonstrate sound work ethics and discretion
• Strong project management, organisation, and interpersonal skills
• Must be savvy in Microsoft Powerpoint and excel
• Motivated, keen to learn, hardworking and a good team player
