BENEFITS COORDINATOR

4mth contract (maternity leave cover)

100% onsite - Houston, TX

We have been engaged for an urgent search, to support the Benefits Administrator during a maternity leave cover, as the Compensation team is currently in a very busy period and could also use some extra support where possible.

**THIS IS AN IMMEDIATE START**

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree and min. 1yr experience within benefits supporting role
• Strong understanding of the company benefits, including administration, mechanics, vendor management, HSA plans.
• Comfortable in a highly collaborative and client (internal and external stakeholders) facing.
• Proficient communication skills.
