OUR NEW SENIOR QA ENGINEER

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including developers, product owners and stakeholders ensuring the quality and reliability of our products that are used to deliver services to our customers.

To achieve this we are aiming to build an ecosystem that will be composed of core capabilities as foundation with service specific areas focusing on different value propositions of our product portfolio. Ensuring all building blocks work together as we evolve is crucial and this role is one of key enablers.

The tech stack is composed of React frontend, distributed backend microservices built with C# and Python, backed up by data engineering components.

SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies
• Design and create detailed test cases and scenarios
• Execute test cases manually and using automation tools
• Track and manage defects using defect tracking tools 
• Document and report defects, issues and anomalies
• Collaborate with developers to understand and resolve defects 
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test scripts
• Conduct performance and security testing
• Identify areas for process improvement within the QA process
  
  
  

SOME OF OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in software testing
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies
• Experience with various testing types (e.g., functional, non-functional, regression)
• Proficiency in test case design techniques (e.g., equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis)
• Knowledge of defect tracking and management tools
• Experience with automation tools
• Attention to detail and ability to identify defects
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English and Lithuanian 
  
  
  

It would be awesome, if you have:

• Experience with performance testing tools
• Knowledge of security testing methodologies (e.g., penetration testing, vulnerability scanning)
• Experience with cloud-based testing environments
• Certification in software testing
