Sr. Agilist

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Agilist with 10 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Agile methodologies and CX-Scrum Master along with domain experience in Asset & Wealth Management. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive Agile practices and contribute to the success of our projects. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile transformation initiatives within the Asset & Wealth Management domain.
• Oversee the implementation of Agile practices and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
• Provide guidance and support to Scrum teams to enhance their performance and productivity.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives and reviews.
• Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog effectively.
• Ensure clear communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• Identify and address any impediments that may hinder the teams progress.
• Monitor and report on the progress of Agile projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and principles.
• Utilize Agile metrics to track and improve team performance.
• Drive the adoption of Agile tools and techniques to enhance project outcomes.
• Ensure alignment of Agile practices with the companys goals and objectives.
  
  

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in Agile methodologies and CX-Scrum Master.
• Demonstrate strong domain knowledge in Asset & Wealth Management.
• Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Show proficiency in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices.
• Have a proven track record of leading Agile transformation initiatives.
• Display the ability to coach and mentor team members effectively.
• Utilize Agile metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
