Contract Details:

• Location: Vilnius / hybrid
• Duration: 12-month rolling contract
• Hourly Rate: Up to 50 EUR

Our Fintech client in Vilnius is looking for a skilled IT Data Analyst to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of accounting principles and banking systems, keen on driving efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the company’s data foundation supporting Group Accounts and financial reporting.
• Analyse, document, and test business requirements at both high and detailed levels.
• Collaborate closely with end-users to ensure alignment on objectives and key outcomes.
• Map individual accounts to the balance sheet and P&L with a structured approach.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, with a preference for experience in finance systems.
• Expertise in data collection, analysis, and modelling, ensuring data quality.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL, or PL/SQL.
• A “can-do” mindset, motivated to work in an agile environment.
• Keen interest or experience in analyzing current systems to develop technical specifications for new systems.
