I'm working with an AI start up that specialises in integrating AI into manufacturing processes. This is an industry ripe for tech innovation and their AI product is adding some real value with several large companies already using it.

You'll be working on getting their AI product perfected and getting stuck into their LLMs and ML systems. This role is a blend of Machine Learning and Data Science with the chance to work with an experienced team of engineers.

This is a global team distributed around the world who are really making an impact in their niche utilization of AI.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines to enhance LLM-driven troubleshooting.

• Work with PyVector to store and retrieve relevant data efficiently.

• Implement vector embedding models to power retrieval and improve accuracy.

• Deploy and scale models on AWS

• Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs for task-specific reasoning and accuracy.

• Learn and progress your career in an established team of global experts

What you’ll need:

• 1- 3 years commercial experience, mid-level or junior looking to step up

• A Bachelors or Masters from a top University.

• Solid Python development skills, with experience in machine learning

• Experience with RAG architectures and knowledge retrieval techniques.

• Familiarity with PyVector for vector search and retrieval.

• Experience using vector embedding models

• Experience working with AWS for cloud-based ML deployment.

• Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other RAG frameworks.

The key to the role would be RAG and cloud deployment experience!
