• Position: Senior Project Manager - HR Systems / HCM (Human Capital Management) Systems Implementation
  
  Location: Adelaide, South Australia
  
  Contract Duration: 6 months (potential Extension)
  
  About the Role: Our client seeks a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new Human Resource Information System (HRIS). The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of project management experience, specifically in deploying platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems, ensuring alignment with the department's strategic objectives.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  Project Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end HRIS implementation, from planning through to completion.
  Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the system aligns with organizational needs.
  Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans to facilitate user adoption of the new system.
  
  Qualifications:
  Experience: Minimum of 8 years in project management, focusing on systems implementations.
  Technical Proficiency: Proven experience with HR software platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems.
  
  Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is would be ideal. manage change within a dynamic environment.
