Your new role

As a Project Manager / Delivery Lead, you will have prior experience running large transformation programs and strong business acumen and stakeholder management within agile environments. This role is delivering technical projects supporting government contracts.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage IT transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project delivery.

What you need to succeed

Prior experience in telco or large complex organisations preferred including federal government

Experience as a Project Manager / Delivery Lead in agile environments

Based in Sydney and able to go on site up to 3 days a week.
