Your Role: As a Lead Software Developer, you’ll take charge of a talented in-house team, driving projects that push the boundaries of AR and VR. You’ll lead a team of five developers, overseeing daily development tasks while ensuring your team meets timelines and budget constraints. What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience, with a proven track record of leading teams.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Unity or C#.
- Leadership: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
