- manage development, implementation, and maintenance of fraud detection systems
- oversee real-time transaction monitoring, anomaly detection, and risk assessment
- collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and cybersecurity experts
- ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards
- lead cross-functional teams to deliver fraud prevention initiatives
- bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management within banking/finance
- expertise in fraud detection tools (Actimize, FICO Falcon, Feedzai, SAS Fraud Management)
- knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Elasticsearch) and real-time frameworks (Kafka, Flink)
- experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and API integrations
- strong grasp of Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies
- proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
- excellent problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, ITIL, Six Sigma
- experience with AI-driven fraud detection solutions
- exposure to blockchain security and digital payment fraud prevention
- hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or R for fraud data analysis
