Network Support Engineer

Network Support Engineer required for the following -

Location - Belgium

Duration - Initial 12 month contract + further extension

Start - ASAP

Working Mode - Hybrid (2 days per week onsite - 3 days remote)

Day Rate - 400 Euros Per Days

Day to day tasks will include -

1) Operational management:

- Ticket management

- Incident and request management

- Incident investigation

- Infrastructure changes related to incidents/requests: equipment configuration changes, addition of equipment (installation performed by a team of Field Engineers), etc.

- Prepare documentation

2) Support to Network Specialists:

- Performing recurring tasks

- Prepare documentation

- Participate in implementation activities (depending on seniority level)

Requirements - must have

• Level of French to C2 EU Standard
• Experience in network security aspects
• Experience in Routing / Switching & WIFI technologies.
• Experience in implementing changes related to network infrastructures
• Experience implementing network infrastructure changes
• Experience in monitoring and tuning the systems that make up the network

Requirements - should have/nice to have

• CCNA level (or equivalent) expected
• Good knowledge of ITIL
