Senior UX/UI Designer

We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to take the lead in crafting seamless, user-friendly web applications. In this role, you’ll own the design process—from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes—ensuring intuitive experiences that align with user needs. You’ll collaborate closely with developers and product teams to build and maintain a strong, scalable design system. Your expertise in UX research and usability testing will be key in refining and optimizing our interfaces, making security simple and accessible for our users.

• Lead design efforts for web applications, creating engaging and intuitive user interfaces using Figma.


• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, ensuring the user journey is good.


• Maintain design consistency and high standards across all product interfaces.


• Work directly with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs and features.


• Use Jira to manage design tasks, track progress, and facilitate collaboration on design-related issues.


• Document design processes, decisions, and guidelines in Confluence to build a comprehensive KB.


• Lead user research, usability testing to ensure designs are optimized for different user needs.


• Keep up to date with design trends, technologies, and best practices to improve our design process.

• Proven experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio


• Expertise in Figma, with advanced skills in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs


• Extensive experience with design systems and creating reusable, consistent UI components


• Strong ability to collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.


• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.


• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and iterative design refinement.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript or familiarity with front-end development.


• Experienced in Jira and Confluence for project management, issue tracking, and documentation.


• Familiarity with accessibility standards and creating inclusive designs for diverse user groups.
