We are looking for a Bids and Proposal Manager to lead the development, coordination, and submission of high-quality proposals that align with our strategic business objectives. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, strategic alignment, and timely submission of bids.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring the creation of compelling, high-quality, and compliant submissions
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, finance, and legal, to gather the necessary input for proposals
• Manage strict proposal timelines, ensuring timely submission and adherence to client requirements
• Develop and refine proposal templates, content libraries, and best practices for increased efficiency
• Ensure all bids and proposals comply with relevant regulatory, legal, and client-specific requirements
• Maintain thorough records of all submissions, amendments, feedback, and approvals to ensure audit readiness
• Conduct post-submission reviews to gather feedback and continuously improve proposal quality and process efficiency
• Align proposal strategies with DefSecIntel’s key business priorities, including scalability, manufacturability, and innovation
• Highlight the strengths of products such as Caiman, SurveilSpire, and EirShield within proposals to showcase competitive advantages
• Research and analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements to enhance the effectiveness of bids
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in bid and proposal management, ideally within the security and defense sector
• Strong understanding of governmental procurement processes and compliance standards
• Prior experience in creating bids and proposals in a similar role
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously
• Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all documentation
