Description Of Role And Practice

We are looking for Testers / Test Leads to help leading insurance companies to shape their digital strategy and business transformation and help them on their journey to grow their business and stay relevant for their customers. As part of the team, you will be working for some of the biggest financial institutions in the Nordics with a variety of project opportunities such as business transformation, digitalization, data and analytics and process design.

Key Responsibilities

Create Test Automation Scripts using Selenium and other automation tools

Designing Test Plans and Test Cases based on the requirements and project needs.

Taking care of the project’s test repositories such as test cases, defects, testing checklists and other related artifacts

Performing functional, system, UI/API tests.

Reporting & Controlling defects; Support in analysis of complex business scenarios

Cooperating with business analysts, developers and product owners across onshore / offshore

Qualifications

Overall 2-5 years of Experience in Guidewire testing (GTF) – PolicyCenter, BillingCenter or ClaimCenter: manual and automation

Good to have experience worked in behavior driven development project environments

Experienced in using multiple test management tools such as Solution Manager, Jira, HP ALM, qTest, Rally etc. 

Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Excellent spoken and written communication to explain the methods to a technical and non-technical audience.
