Now we are looking for a skilled and innovative Associate Product Manager to join our agile team. The Associate Product Manager will work closely with experienced Product Managers and Product Owners to shape and refine our product offerings. You’ll support the product development lifecycle from idea to delivery, ensuring that every product feature aligns with user needs, business goals, and technical realities. Your contributions will help transform rough ideas and market insights into well-defined requirements, user stories, and prototypes. This role provides an opportunity to engage directly with users, conduct research activities, and transform qualitative and quantitative feedback into tangible improvements. This role is located in Espoo Finland and we expect you to come to the office at least twice a week. Salary for this role will be 3600 - 4400 euros/month gross depending on your experience level.
YOUR JOB IN A NUTSHELL:
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners to clarify feature requirements.
- Write clear and detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with B2C stakeholders to support priorities for the development of our Titan platform.
- Advance priorities for B2C products within Finnplay.
- Organize and maintain product-related content using JIRA and Confluence.
- Participate in user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights.
- Analyze user feedback to identify patterns and suggest actionable improvements.
- Assist UX/UI designers in creating wireframes and prototypes based on user insights.
- Engage in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Communicate with Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Monitor feature usage and adoption rates, identifying areas for optimization.
- Contribute to iterative, evidence-based enhancements to the product.
IN ORDER TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, THESE ARE SOME OF THE MUST-HAVES:
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or master's degree.
- Strong interest in product development and product management.
- Basic familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
- Ability to clarify and refine product requirements, transforming ideas into actionable plans.
- Exposure to Agile and Design Thinking principles.
- Hands-on involvement in early-stage product discovery and user research activities.
- Good communication skills in English.
