The Opportunity

Are you an experienced technical Data Analyst looking for interesting new challenges? Are you experienced in developing Power BI reports and are tools like Tabular Editor, DAX Studio and/ or ALM Toolkit familiar to you? Are data modeling, analysis and visualization your core competences? Do you feel at home in Azure environment and Databricks?

With the ambition of our rapidly growing team and business, we are looking for a Senior Analytics Consultant to join us and act as a bridge between business requirements and the creation of real business value and insights from data. As a member of our Insights & Data practice, you will be part of a global network of data experts and work to create illustrative data visualizations for business and end users of data insights.

What would help you to succeed in this role?

• Experience as a technical Data Analyst working with public cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Excellent consultation abilities to interpret business needs into technical/analytical solutions and ability to challenge different stakeholders and propose alternative solutions
  
  

Strong skills/ experience within at least some of the below mentioned:

• On-premise / legacy solutions: Power BI Report Server, Power BI Report Builder, SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services)
• Data modeling (conceptual/ dimensional/ star schema)
• Experience in Python and SQL
• Proficient in Databricks for analyzing and processing large datasets
  
  

In Addition, We Value

• Agile ways of working and design-thinking experience
• Experience in Tabular Editor, DAX Studio, ALM Toolkit
• Power BI certifications, e.g. PL300 - Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate or similar (DA-100, Exam 70-778)
• Microsoft Fabric and Azure certifications
• Previous experience with SAP data

• Fluent communication and presentations skills in Finnish and English
• Ability to work independently with customers (previous consulting experience is a plus)
