Ensuring delivery teams - internal and external third parties are managed and project progress is tracked, monitored ensuring projects are executed on time and in line with programme objectives.

In this role will work close with the workstream project manager who have a number of third parties (internal and external) that each play a vital part in the overall enterprise program delivery. On behalf of the workstream PMs, this PM will oversee and coordinate the activities of third-party vendors, internal teams ensuring timely and quality deliverables across the multiple workstreams.

This role involves identifying and managing risks associated with teams - tracking progress, and producing regular status reports. The successful candidate will challenge third parties/internal teams to meet project timelines and maintain alignment with programme objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors.
2. Define clear expectations, deliverables, and timelines for each vendor.
3. Identify and document dependencies between internal teams and third-party deliverables.
4. Develop and maintain a comprehensive tracking system to monitor the progress of all third-party activities.
5. Ensure that each workstream is aware of and manages its dependencies effectively.
6. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
7. Track and monitor the delivery of third-party services to ensure they meet project requirements.
8. Produce detailed monthly status reports outlining progress, risks, and issues.

Experience:

1. Proven experience in project management with a focus on third-party vendor management in a large enterprise financial services environment.
2. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vendors and complex dependencies across various workstreams.
3. Experience in identifying and mitigating risks associated with third-party engagements.
