Senior ACMP Business Analyst

Subscription-based cloud offerings for soft- and hardware as well as platforms for cybersecurity, IoT, virtualization and AI are the focus of the Service area.


We are looking for an experienced IT professional to take on the role of Senior Business Analyst and play a key part in shaping the growth and development of our platform. This role will be instrumental in driving feature enhancements, ensuring the platform scales effectively to meet evolving business needs. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for ACMP platform enhancements. 
  • Contribute to the product ownership team by driving product discovery, development, rollout, and performance measurement. 
  • Analyze and validate data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for optimization. 
  • Develop user stories, workflows, and process diagrams to support product improvement initiatives. 
  • Track progress to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timeline expectations. 
  • Coordinate scaling efforts with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. 
  • Identify opportunities for growth, develop strategies, and execute business initiatives to expand customer reach. 
  • Work closely with Development, UX/UI, QA, Content, and other teams to ensure seamless and effective platform feature delivery. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar role. 
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to make informed decisions based on data analysis. 
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. 
  • Experience using business flow diagramming tools. 
  • Familiarity with product measurement tools is a plus. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Ability to balance customer needs, market trends, and company objectives. 
  • Proven experience in platform development, integration, and scalability. 
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

  • Effective Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Clearly defined and well-documented business and technical requirements that drive platform enhancements. 
  • Impactful Product Development Contributions: Active participation in product discovery, development, and rollout, ensuring timely and high-quality feature releases. 
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Implementation of data-driven strategies that improve platform performance, user experience, and business outcomes. 
  • Process Optimization & Scalability: Identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and support platform scalability. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: Strong alignment between cross-functional teams (development, UX, content, etc.), ensuring smooth execution of initiatives.
