Project Description

The team is responsible for developing and maintaining core infrastructure and services that power the company’s Data Management Platform (DMP). This includes managing large-scale data ingestion, optimizing audience segmentation, ensuring system reliability, and supporting real-time data processing. The team collaborates closely with engineering teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to enhance the platform's capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to implement advanced backend features for campaign setup, targeting, audience segmentation, reporting, and analytics;
• Contribute to architectural decisions and drive the development of new platform features;
• Design and develop scalable backend systems to support large-scale data processing and real-time analytics;
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of backend services across AWS and on-prem environments;

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend development with a focus on Java (Spring Boot);
• Experience with distributed systems and high-throughput data processing;
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills;
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or on-prem infrastructure);
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes;
• Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, MongoDB, Vertica, or Druid;
• English proficiency from B1 for effective communication with global teams;
