FinBytes is a Lithuanian branch of an established FinTech product specializing in an Investment Portfolio Management System. As our product grows, so does our team, and we’re looking for talented Senior .NET Developers to join us.

REQUIREMENTS:

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in English (our working language)
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, MS SQL Server
• Experience with 3rd party integrations (API and/or SSO)
• Familiarity with Microservices

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with AWS, Microservices
• Extensive experience with API integrations
• FinTech industry knowledge
• Familiarity with React

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Agile Practices: Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
• End-to-End Ownership: Take charge of your projects from initial requirement gathering to release. This is a team effort, so you’ll have support every step of the way.
• Collaborative Feedback: Engage in code reviews, personal evaluations, and retrospectives to maintain high-quality standards.
• Distributed Team Collaboration: Work with team members in Lithuania (Vilnius and Kaunas) and the U.S. on Lithuanian working hours.
• FinTech Knowledge: Learn about the financial industry and contribute to building a top-tier investment management product.
