Full Stack Developer (NATO) - Remote - Lithuania

We are looking for a: FULL STACK DEVELOPER (NCIA / NATO) - Remote (in Lithuania)

A Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance is mandatory (PLEXUS can help with the process).

Plexus.Tech provides a wide range of specialist services to military and security institutions (NATO, UN, EU, and National Government and Defence) We provide our clients with professional services, specialised aerospace and defence sales, delivery, and operational subject matter expertise. We are currently seeking personnel to join our team and provide support for crucial client projects.

> Role Duties And Responsibilities?

• Design, develop, test, and maintain the IOTA suite of tools.
• Write, update, and maintain software documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and document sprints.
• Update the development backlog system with progress and comments.
• Store all code, scripts, and documentation in Git within the NATO
• Software Factory Cloud.
• Work remotely with occasional travel to The Hague (1 sprint per quarter).
• Report work outcomes verbally in daily meetings and submit written sprint reports.
• Follow Agile development methodologies with one-week sprint cycles.

> Mandatory Skills, Requirements And Experience?

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related engineering field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant software development experience.
• Front-end Development: Proficiency in Angular 17+, HTML5, CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript.
• Back-end Development: Expertise in Java 17+, Spring Framework 5.3+, Spring Boot 3.
• Web Systems: Experience developing (near) real-time RESTful web systems using HTTP, HTTPS, WS, WSS, and SOAP.
• Testing: Experience with automated testing (JUnit/Component, Functional, Integration).
• Technologies: Knowledge of XML, JSON, Git, Maven, Jenkins.
• Networking: Understanding of TCP/UDP/IP protocols, networking concepts, and networking tools (SSH, Terminal).
• Security Clearance: NATO Secret. PLEXUS can help with the process.
• Your citizenship is from one of the NATO Members
• Desirable (not mandatory): Experience with Tactical Data Links (TDLs) and prior work within NATO (ACO, ACT, NCIA)

• The work of the NCIA is conducted in English.
• A diversity of language skills is desirable.
