Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow expert with 10+ years of experience to conduct technical interviews for senior roles (developers, architects, administrators). The role involves evaluating candidates' technical proficiency, including development, integrations, and architecture.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

Technical Interviews: Assess candidates for ServiceNow roles through problem-solving and coding challenges.
Hands-on Screening: Validate skills in ITSM, ITOM, GRC, HRSD, SecOps, and custom applications.
Scripting & Integration Testing: Review knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP APIs, and Flow Designer.
Performance & Compliance: Evaluate performance optimization, security best practices, and adherence to ITIL standards.
Mentorship: Provide feedback to the hiring team and mentor candidates on ServiceNow trends.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years in ServiceNow development, architecture, and integrations.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, etc.).
Familiarity with CMDB, Asset Management, CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and Performance Analytics.

Ideal Profile

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certifications (CAD, CSA, CIS)
Prior experience as an interviewer or mentor.
Exposure to AI/ML automation in ServiceNow.
