Senior Product Designer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to create high-quality, user-friendly, and efficient digital products. In this role, you will be part of cross-functional teams, collaborating with product managers, developers, and analysts to build impactful and scalable digital solutions. You will drive design strategy, conduct research, develop innovative UI/UX solutions, and play a key role in shaping product vision.

Please note that this role is only open to candidates based in Vilnius.

Responsibilities:

• Define UX strategy for products, aligning business goals with user needs.
• Establish and optimize the design process (research, iteration, testing, and validation).
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and UI component libraries.
• Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, behavioral analysis) and competitive analysis to generate insights.
• Create interactive prototypes and validate design hypotheses.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation and participate in design reviews.
• Facilitate and lead design workshops and cross-functional strategy sessions.
• Present and advocate for design decisions to stakeholders.
• Optimize product metrics (NPS, CSAT, SUS, conversion rates, and user engagement).
• Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a knowledge-sharing culture.

Requirements:

Must have:

• 5+ years of experience in product design (preferably in SaaS, B2B, or complex systems).
• Strong expertise in UX/UI design, usability best practices, and user behavior principles.
• Deep understanding of business and design interaction, balancing user needs with business objectives.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD and experience with Atomic Design methodology.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping tools (Principle, After Effects, ProtoPie, SmartAnimate).
• Experience working with design systems and building scalable UI components.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing, user analytics, and performance optimisation.
• Ability to plan and manage tasks effectively in Agile environments.
• Excellent English (B2+) for communication and documentation.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with complex B2B products.
• Deep knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design.
• Experience facilitating design workshops and strategy sessions.
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience in graphic design, branding, or 3D.
