Information Security and Compliance Consultant (Fieldwork client side)

Baltic Amadeus is looking for a skilled Information Security and Compliance Consultant to join Security team and provide Information Security consulting services to our clients. Security team is consisting of experienced, highly qualified, and certified (advantage) security professionals, that are working in information security GRC domain, penetration testing and security consulting.

What You Will Do

• On-Site Security Assessments – Conduct technical and procedural security assessments at client locations, evaluating IT security measures, access controls, security architecture, and compliance with regulations.
• Risk Assessments – Identify vulnerabilities and risks, analyze security gaps, and prepare detailed risk reports with actionable recommendations.
• Security Consulting & Advisory – Provide direct client consultation on cybersecurity strategies, system security improvements, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Security Policies & ISMS Implementation – Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and ISMS frameworks tailored to client needs.
• Security Requirements Definition – Define security requirements for new and existing systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Pre-Sales & Stakeholder Engagement – Act as a security expert in pre-sales discussions, assisting in defining security requirements for client projects.
• Collaboration with Client Teams – Work closely with IT, compliance, and risk teams to improve overall security posture and regulatory compliance.
• Industry-Specific Security Advisory – Provide tailored security guidance to clients in finance, e-commerce, telecommunications, fintech, and other industries.
  
  

What We Expect From You

• Proven professional experience in information security, IT risk management, and ISMS implementation.
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards, including:
• ISO 27001, CIS Critical Security Controls, OWASP.
• GDPR, DORA, NIS2, and other relevant Lithuanian & EU regulations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into security solutions and align security policies with operational needs.
• Experience preparing technical security documentation, risk reports, and security assessments.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for client-facing interactions, including conducting training sessions and presenting assessment results.
• Ability to work independently in client environments, adapting to different organizational cultures and security maturity levels.
• Fluency in English (B2+) and Lithuanian languages.

• CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, or equivalent certifications and qualifications.
