About the job

The Software department develops high-quality software for advanced robotics, implementing CI/CD principles and using SCRUM for organization and efficiency. The team continuously improves its development environment and tools to optimize performance.

As production ramps up, experience in preparing software and production images for manufacturing is essential. You will collaborate closely with Software Engineers and receive support from the IT Department.

Key responsibilities:

Manage CI/CD (Jenkins), including automated testing and static code analysis

Maintain and update Software Development VMs (Ubuntu)

Oversee in-house test setups and build systems

Improve the CI/CD environment with innovative ideas

Create Linux images for robotics systems in manufacturing

Act as a technical expert for the manufacturing partner

Manage Git repositories and support the Software Release process

Document work and changes as required

Additionally, you will fulfill the role of Scrum Master, organizing standups, retrospectives, and sprint refinements, tracking action items, and managing Jira.

What you bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field

Experience configuring and maintaining Jenkins (Controller and Agents)

Familiarity with shared virtual machine or container environments

Experience with Linux production images for manufacturing

Proficiency with Git, preferably Bitbucket

PSPO or PSPM certification is a plus

Strong ownership, communication skills, and problem-solving mindset
