Location: Applicants must reside, preferably, in Lisbon, Portugal

Language Requirements: Fluent Portuguese and English

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • Over 3 years of experience in the roles of Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Product Owner, or Business Analyst.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading development squads.
  • Experience as a Product Owner for specific projects.
  • Business Analyst experience, providing support to Product Owners.
  • Expertise in agile team collaboration across multiple projects.
  • Strong focus on quality, teamwork, professionalism, creativity, innovation, proactivity, and initiative.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, and GitHub.
  • Key Competencies: resilience, teamwork, commitment, flexibility, adaptability, and agile methodologies.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely delivery of all required outputs for the position.
  • Configuration and analysis of complex reports and performance indicators.
  • Assess organizational behaviors and structures, identifying their impact on processes and project outcomes.

Non-Mandatory

  • Scrum Master Certification (PSM I or CSM).

Additional Information

  • Preferably located in Lisbon.
