Portuguese company hires for hybrid work

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master.
- Over 3 years of experience in the roles of Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Product Owner, or Business Analyst.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading development squads.
- Experience as a Product Owner for specific projects.
- Business Analyst experience, providing support to Product Owners.
- Expertise in agile team collaboration across multiple projects.
- Strong focus on quality, teamwork, professionalism, creativity, innovation, proactivity, and initiative.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, and GitHub.
- Key Competencies: resilience, teamwork, commitment, flexibility, adaptability, and agile methodologies.
- Ensure timely delivery of all required outputs for the position.
- Configuration and analysis of complex reports and performance indicators.
- Assess organizational behaviors and structures, identifying their impact on processes and project outcomes.
- Scrum Master Certification (PSM I or CSM).
- Preferably located in Lisbon.
