What You'll Be Working On

  • Drive and support API integrations with international payment systems
  • Communicate with external providers to ensure deliverables and troubleshoot issues
  • Analyze key business metrics to improve monetization and customer retention
  • Generate ideas and transform them into thoughtful concepts
  • Unit operational life organization, tasks deadline control, people management
  • Merchant technical onboarding support

What You Need To Succeed In This Role

  • At least 4-5 years of proven experience in product management with a focus on payment gateway solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of payment gateway technologies, industry standards, security protocols, fintech industry trends
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing product life cycles
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • English language skills at B1-B2 level and fluent russian language.
