📢 We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence Expert (AI/NLP/ML)!

We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Expert specializing in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), and AI-driven solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) for HR and Document Management applications. This role is part of the Architect Office (AO), which oversees and coordinates technical and business architecture-related activities. The position is remote, based in Europe (far-site).

What Will You Do?

✅ Develop and maintain AI-powered software applications in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

✅ Design and optimize machine learning systems and deep learning architectures.

✅ Integrate AI/ML solutions into existing products and processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

✅ Architect and implement AI solutions, ensuring compliance with master- and meta-data management principles.

✅ Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to enhance AI performance.

✅ Stay up-to-date with AI/ML advancements, adopting state-of-the-art algorithms and technologies.

✅ Manage and maintain AI solutions deployed on SaaS platforms (AWS, Azure).

✅ Document architectural blueprints and align business requirements with AI-driven capabilities.

The candidate will report to the Architect Office (AO) and project managers, following SAFe methodology and sprint-based planning.

Requirements:

Requirements & Skills:

✨ Proven ability to develop Large Language Models (LLMs), text embeddings, tokenization, and vectorization.

✨ Strong expertise in Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning architectures.

✨ Hands-on experience with Python, Java, Containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and Cloud AI services (AWS, Azure).

✨ Deep understanding of NLP systems lifecycle and agile software development methodologies.

✨ Knowledge of quality assurance and control for machine translation (MT), including testing methodologies and evaluation metrics (BLEU scores and similar).

✨ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical writing skills.

✨ Ability to conduct proof of concepts (PoC) efficiently and effectively.

✨ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications:

✅ AWS Certified Machine Learning / Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate.

✅ AWS Certified Data Analytics / Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate.

✅ AWS Certified Solutions Architect / Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
