Key Responsibilities
- Planning and implementing project management strategies, based on templates and toolsets.
- Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, issues, dependencies and resource allocation.
- Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
- Monitoring existing projects to ensure timely completion of reports and track resolution of blocking issues.
- Preparing project status reports for leadership review.
- Ensuring all project strategies are compliant with company standards, as well as regulations when applicable.
- Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards
- Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
- Works cross functionally to identify reporting requirements of various user groups.
- Responsible for reports configuration, monitoring data, automating processes, sharing out reports, etc.
- Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
- Works with IT to communicate upgrades to various user groups.
Required Experience
- A bachelor's degree in business, Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with IT projects, initiatives, process timelines and reporting.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing projects.
- Working knowledge in implementing projects using Agile methodology (~5 years)
- PMO experience between 3-5 years is mandatory
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
- A minimum of one year's experience in a supervisory position may be advantageous.

Nice to have
- Project Management certification or equivalent certification
- SAFE - methodology certification
