Project Management Office

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and implementing project management strategies, based on templates and toolsets.
• Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, issues, dependencies and resource allocation.
• Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
• Monitoring existing projects to ensure timely completion of reports and track resolution of blocking issues.
• Preparing project status reports for leadership review.
• Ensuring all project strategies are compliant with company standards, as well as regulations when applicable.
• Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards
• Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
• Works cross functionally to identify reporting requirements of various user groups.
• Responsible for reports configuration, monitoring data, automating processes, sharing out reports, etc.
• Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
• Works with IT to communicate upgrades to various user groups.

Required Experience

• A bachelor's degree in business, Administration, or a related field.
• Experience working with IT projects, initiatives, process timelines and reporting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing projects.
• Working knowledge in implementing projects using Agile methodology (~5 years)
• PMO experience between 3-5 years is mandatory
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
• A minimum of one year's experience in a supervisory position may be advantageous.
