Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Pricing Excellence Specialist to drive pricing strategies and optimization for a luxury goods business. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in premium pricing models, strong analytical capabilities, and experience in leveraging pricing as a strategic tool to enhance brand value and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement global pricing strategies aligned with brand positioning and market conditions.
• Conduct in-depth price elasticity analysis and competitive bench marking to optimize pricing structures.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and sales teams to ensure pricing decisions support business objectives.
• Utilize data analytics and AI-driven tools to refine pricing models and drive profitability.
• Implement discount and promotional pricing frameworks to maximize revenue while maintaining brand exclusivity.
• Lead pricing governance, ensuring compliance with regional regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor market trends and customer insights to recommend pricing adjustments in different regions.
• Provide training and guidance to regional teams on best pricing practices and tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in pricing strategy within the luxury goods sector.
• Strong knowledge of premium and dynamic pricing models.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical and data modeling skills.
• Proficiency in pricing software and BI tools (SAP, Tableau, etc.).
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
