We’re now looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer to join our team!

The Role

As a Fullstack Developer at Mighty, you will:

• Develop modern web applications using JavaScript & TypeScript.
• Develop frontend experiences using React or Svelte
• Build and maintain backends with Node.js (Express, Fastify, SvelteKit backend).
• Manage databases using PostgreSQL and Drizzle.
• Optimize and deploy applications with Vercel, Cloudflare, and Docker.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, user-centric, and visually compelling solutions that align with business goals.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone with:

• 6+ years of experience in fullstack JavaScript development.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript & TypeScript.
• Experience with Node.js, APIs, and databases.
• Strong understanding of Web APIs, including REST, GraphQL, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, session-based auth).
• Frontend expertise in Svelte or another framework like React.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-driven development.
• Experience working with Scrum/Agile methodologies in Git & Jira.
• Familiarity with modern deployment tools such as Vercel, CI/CD, and Docker.
• A strong interest in design and UX/UI principles — everyone at Mighty values great UI/UX.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to foster effective teamwork across disciplines.
• A strong interest in design and UX/UI principles, API best practices, and driving digital innovation.

Bonus

• Experience with Svelte & SvelteKit.
• Familiarity with serverless & edge computing.
