🎨 What you’ll be doing

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research to high-fidelity UI.
• Define and implement a scalable design system that supports business growth.
• Be the first design hire, setting the foundation for a best-in-class design culture.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to create intuitive workflows.

🎯 What you should ideally bring

• 6+ years in product design, including 5+ years leading teams.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or other complex B2B platforms.
• Strong UX/UI skills, with a track record of shipping successful products.
• Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
• Fluency in English and Swedish to support localisation and market-specific needs.
