BI Reporting Specialist

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Reporting Specialist for a leading company in the food industry.

In this role, you will play a key part in designing, managing, and optimizing BI reporting solutions. Your expertise will help stakeholders make smarter business decisions by ensuring data accuracy, relevance, and accessibility. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to enhancing data capabilities and fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• BI Reporting & Insights: Design and deliver comprehensive reports and dashboards tailored to business needs, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Data Analysis & Decision Support: Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to provide meaningful insights for both operational and strategic decision-making.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization to understand reporting needs, align data solutions with business objectives, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Data Governance & Quality: Ensure data integrity, implement security standards, and document reporting methodologies to improve cross-functional collaboration.
• User Training & Enablement: Develop and execute training plans to empower teams in using BI tools effectively, increasing overall data literacy.
• Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, improve automation, and optimize data flows.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in an reporting role or similar.
• Experience in BI tools (e.g., Power BI), SQL, Databricks, DBT, ERP systems, and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure and prioritize complex information.
• Excellent communication skills, including experience in training and supporting business users.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and drive data-driven decision-making.

Additional Information

• This is a hybrid role, requiring at least two days per week in the office.
• Candidates must be based in the Netherlands to be eligible for this opportunity.
• This position is not available on an interim basis.
