As a Business Development Manager at Group-IB, you’ll be joining a global leader in cybersecurity and threat intelligence, with a mission to fight cybercrime and protect businesses worldwide. Based in Istanbul - Türkiye, you’ll play a critical role in expanding our presence in one of the most dynamic and fast-growing markets in the region. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting Group-IB’s innovative solutions. Tasks to solve
• Expand Market Presence: Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients in Saudi Arabia while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to grow Group-IB’s footprint in the region.
• Strengthen Partner Networks: Build and support a strong channel ecosystem, collaborating with key partners to drive the adoption of Group-IB’s advanced cybersecurity solutions.
• Lead Generation and Outreach: Design and execute targeted campaigns to generate new leads, including proactive follow-ups, outbound cold calls, and personalized email outreach to potential clients.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Team, Partner Channel, and Marketing Team to align strategies, manage leads, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Territory Strategy: Develop and implement a commercial strategy for your territory under the guidance of the Sales Manager, ensuring accurate forecasting and a healthy sales pipeline.
• Customer Education and Engagement: Educate potential clients on the value of Group-IB’s innovative cybersecurity products, demonstrating how they address critical threats and protect their digital assets.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system, ensuring efficient tracking and reporting.
Requirements
• Results-Driven Professional: You are a proactive and goal-oriented individual with a proven ability to identify and close new business opportunities, eager to grow your career in cybersecurity sales.
• Client-Centric Mindset: You have a strong focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that build trust and long-term relationships.
• Channel Expertise: A solid understanding of indirect sales channels and experience working with partners to drive business growth.
• Exceptional Communication: Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex cybersecurity concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proven Sales Experience: 5 - 10 years of sales experience, ideally with a cybersecurity vendor, system integrator, or in a related high-tech industry.
• Passion for Technology: A strong interest in cybersecurity and high-tech solutions, with a desire to stay ahead of industry trends and emerging threats.
• Language Skills: Turkish and English is required.

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the cybersecurity landscape, including threat intelligence, digital forensics, and incident response.
• Professional Network: An established network within the Saudi market, particularly in industries such as finance, government, energy, or telecommunications.
