Position Summary

Darkex is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing and optimizing our digital marketing strategies, focusing on performance measurement and continuous improvement. With a strong interest in or willingness to learn about cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies, the candidate will assist the Marketing Manager in delivering impactful campaigns that align with the company’s goals.

*** Relocation to Tirana / Albania is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute digital marketing strategies across various platforms.
• Measure and analyze advertising performance, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and identifying areas for optimization.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) weekly, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve brand visibility and engagement across digital channels.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience behavior, and opportunities within the blockchain and cryptocurrency space.
• Create and manage ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Twitter, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor and optimize budgets for maximum ROI across campaigns.
• Utilize analytical tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar to evaluate campaign performance.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in the blockchain and crypto industry.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the tech or financial sectors.
• Basic knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in digital advertising tools, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to deliver clear and concise updates to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with performance measurement techniques, such as A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or other CRM platforms.
• Previous experience in a startup or blockchain-focused company is a plus.
