As a Senior Consulting Partner, you'll lead complex engagements at the intersection of business strategy and technology transformation, working directly with C-suite executives to shape enterprise-wide change agendas. Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Financial Leadership

Drive revenue targets through $10M+ deal shaping and pipeline conversion

Negotiate engagement scopes while balancing profitability and risk mitigation

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market insights

C-Suite Advisory

Establish trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders

Lead enterprise-wide transformation planning from due diligence through execution

Deliver measurable client impact through NPS improvements and referenceable outcomes

Operational Excellence

Achieve 85%+ team utilisation through effective resource management

Oversee complex program delivery across multidisciplinary teams

Implement quality assurance processes for large-scale implementations

Talent Development

Mentor high-performing consultants through career development plans

Foster innovation through cross-functional collaboration

Promote continuous learning via internal knowledge-sharing programs

Required Qualifications

10+ years leading C-level engagements in management consulting or corporate strategy

Proven track record in $20M+ deal origination and execution

Expertise in IT/business transformation frameworks (TOGAF, ITIL, Agile)

Financial fluency with P&L management experience

Advanced degree in Business/Technology
