Norse Atlantic Airways is an airline that offers affordable fares on long-haul flights, primarily between Europe and the United States. The company was founded by CEO and major shareholder Bjørn Tore Larsen in March 2021. Norse has a fleet of 15 modern, fuel-efficient and more environmentally friendly Boeing 787 Dreamliners that serve destinations including New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Orlando, Miami, Cape Town, Bangkok, Oslo, Athens, London, Berlin, Rome and Paris. The company's first flight took off from Oslo to New York on June 14, 2022.

Norse Atlantic is looking for a skilled Partnership & Product Manager to play a crucial role in expanding the company’s reach by enhancing offerings through strategic ancillary partnerships.

In this role, you’ll manage existing relationships, develop new partnerships and oversee the integration and execution of partnership strategies

Additionally, this role will be responsible for Inflight cabin products, including Inflight entertainment (IFE).

The right candidate will have an excellent problem-solving mindset and rigorous attention to detail. This is a multi-faceted role that covers contract management and commercial areas.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

As the Partnership & Product Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Manage and build on existing partner relationships
  • Identify, develop relationships, and negotiate deals with new partners
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement partnerships
  • Provide regular detailed reports on the success, challenges and opportunities within partnerships
  • Ensure compliance with financial terms in contracts, including revenue sharing models and payment schedules.
  • Project management of enhancements and implementation to deliver excellence in inflight customer experience, IFE content across the Norse fleet
    • o Seatback Marketplace and Ordering
    • Revenue generation via Paid Product Placement/Advertising and Pay-Per-View Entertainment
  • Ongoing vendor management of suppliers, including ongoing contract and relationship management (inc. designing KPIs, conducting formal business reviews, performance management and management of day-to-day activity etc)

  • Highly organised with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and resilient with a strong work ethic, who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications, with a willingness and ability to quickly learn new digital tools and stay updated on emerging tech trends.

Preffered Qualifications

  • 2-5 years’ experience with airline partnership and / or product management, in airline or ancillary revenue background.
  • Demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing partnership deals
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop opportunities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial & self-starting, with ability to work with significant independence
  • Vendor management experience
