Employee Relations Experience: 5+ years

Department: Human Resource

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Associate – Employee Relations to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience handling end-to-end employee relations activities and possess some experience with SAP. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations by managing employment contracts, employee benefits administration, insurance handling, offboarding, and employee documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations & HR Operations:

  • Manage end-to-end employee relations activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and addressing their concerns.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices

Employment Contracts & Documentation

  • Draft, review, and issue employment contracts for new hires and existing employees.
  • Prepare and manage HR-related letters, including experience letters, salary certificates, and other official correspondence.

Employee Benefits Administration

  • Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate enrollment, maintenance, and updates in SAP.
  • Liaise with benefit providers and ensure smooth administration of benefits packages.

Life & Medical Insurance Management

  • Manage employee life and medical insurance policies, including enrollments, claims, and renewals.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers to resolve employee queries and ensure timely processing of claims

Offboarding Management

  • Handle the offboarding process, including exit interviews and clearance formalities.
  • Ensure smooth transition and compliance with company policies during employee exits.

Employee Profile Management

  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records in SAP and other HR systems.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations while handling employee information.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Employee Relations and HR operations.
  • Hands-on experience in employment contracts, benefits administration, and employee documentation.
  • Experience in managing life and medical insurance policies.
  • Strong understanding of offboarding processes.
  • Experience with SAP (HR module preferred) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in HR practices, labor laws, or SAP HR module is an added advantage.
