Risk and Dependancy Lead Norway - Business Project Manager

Work description:

As a Risk and Dependency Lead for Card Simplification Program (CSP) Norway, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment on the scope and timelines of deliverables from dependent parties. You will monitor whether these parties are delivering according to plan and manage the risks associated with their deliverables. Your role also includes owning the Epics risk log, facilitating risk assessments, and ensuring progress in risk and issue management.

You'll ensure proper communication and coordination with dependent parties and maintain a detailed plan for deliverables within the project's scope, keeping it in sync with the Epic plan.

You will report to the CSP Norway Project Lead and can preferably be located in Norway, Oslo area.

As a Risk and Dependency driver you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring alignment on the scope and timelines of deliverables from dependent parties
• Monitoring that dependent parties deliver according to plan
• Managing risks related to deliveries from dependent parties
• Owning risk log, facilitating risk assessments, and leading the risk and issue management
  
  

Description Of Knowledge And Experience

Most vital skills:

• Strong self-drive
• Strong stakeholder and risk management skills
• Experience from Nordic/international projects
• Ability to understand both IT and Business and to be able to interact in both domains
• Experience from working with Cards or other payments rails is expected, to the minimum from financial sector
• Good communication skills, able to provide presentations to senior leadership
• Solid understanding of SAFe Agile methodology
