- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
- Strong interest in DeFi, with familiarity in blockchain protocols or active participation in DeFi communities
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges creatively.
- A technical background is not required but is a significant advantage (e.g., understanding smart contracts or blockchain architecture).
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, or similar) and methodologies (e.g., Agile or Lean) is a plus.
- Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the product.
- Propose and prioritize features to enhance the app's functionality and user experience.
- Design detailed product specifications and workflows for feature development.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure smooth and timely implementation of features.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented features, iterating as needed.
