We are currently seeking talented Technical Analysts to join our team.

If you think you have most of the following qualifications;

• Bachelors degree in engineering, mathematics or statistics.
• Familiar with Scrum methodology and agile software development practices
• Proficient in gathering, eliciting, negotiating requirements from various stakeholders, and convert them into business analysis outputs (such as use cases, functional analysis, technical analysis, solution design, acceptance test plan, etc.)
• Proficient in SQL queries and preferably experience on ORACLE database
• Experience in performance, backend services, mobile and web based application testing
• Experience in testing Java and .NET services using tools such as Postman or SOAP UI.
• Knowledgeable in or motivated to learn about mobile and web based application architectures
• Knowledgeable in test processes and methodologies
• Experience in creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, preferably using Figma
• Highly motivated in working with digital technologies
• Interested in learning new technologies
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Motivated self-starter and team player with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• ISTQB Certification is a plus

If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilities;

• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development team
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Create detailed mockups using Figma to effectively communicate ideas and solutions
• Performing Feature Tests and System Integrations Tests(SIT) for each backlog item
• Coordinating User Acceptance Tests(UAT) with product owners
• Track and document bugs, ensuring they are resolved promptly
